Shimrit - Facilitator

Shimrit is a writer, researcher and facilitator, whom her father jokes fell asleep cuddling books instead of teddy bears as a child. She is co-author of the book, ‘Nature of Work: The new story of work for a living age’ (2021), which uses a blend of storytelling and research to explore what we can learn from nature to create healthier working environments. Since then, she’s taken her love of literature, poetry, and nature deeper into her own creative practice, and is currently working on her own book of prose and poetry exploring what it means to remember ourselves as of nature. She also hosts writing circles that help people likewise ‘become nature’ through their creative writing, particularly within urban environments.
