Conflict can be all-consuming. Whether it's with a colleague. A loved one. A neighbour. A friend.

Whoever you're experiencing conflict with, we'd like to guide you through some simple, tried-and-tested strategies not only to "deal" with it, but to benefit from it, to elevate your own standing, to discover harmonious solutions, and to create new opportunities for yourself and the other(s) involved.

With insights from the worlds of life coaching, conflict resolution, business management, and creative writing, we invite you to login, sit, listen, and partake in some genuinely life-changing writing exercises, to help you move forward in all aspect of life (*hint: what you'll learn about communication here will affect EVERYTHING you do!).

No experience necessary.

No need to share in front of the group (we'll do some work in pairs, but also on our own, in timed writing exercises).

Simply come away renewed, with the tools and techniques you need to overcome the universal dilemma of personal conflict.

It's true that we all experience conflict from time to time, but learning to manage and harness it can bring incredible relief and satisfaction.
