Welcome to this morbid-but-literary edition of A Write & a Pint!

We have been invited to host the session in the basement café/bar of Waterstones, Tottenham Court Road - so we'll be surrounded by books!

This will be a 2-hour creative writing session on the subject of "Death in Literature". We'll be looking at incredible passages from famous literary works and trying to emulate styles.

As always, there will be handouts, some free snacks and a free book, for you to take home and keep!

If you're a complete beginner, this event is for you.

If you're a seasoned prose writer, this event is for you.

If you're looking to do something spontaneous and fun, make friends and try something different, this event is for you!

You will never be pressured to read your work out in front of the group.

We assure you, you'll go away buzzing with ideas and full of warmth and happiness (in spite of the deathly theme, itself!)

Feel free to invite your friends to sign up, too. The more the merrier.
