About the Event

Hi there, 

This is a fun, friendly creative writing workshop, designed specifically to help you overcome anxiety. 

There will be no pressure to read out loud and no pressure to share. 

If you sign up, we will send you an invite to meet us on Zoom shortly before the event (you don't need the Zoom app yourself) and once you've joined you're more than welcome to be as conversive or as quiet as you'd like to be. 

We've been hosting anxiety support- and creative writing groups for 5+ years now, and we appreciate the intensity of the experience of anxiety for many people, so rest assured: you're in good hands. 

These workshops will be held on a weekly basis, with the intention to help you explore anxiety in creative and imaginative ways, using written language, whilst honing a number of practical strategies and solutions to assist you in real, everyday life, going forward. If you're somebody who likes to write creatively, already, this is also a great way to hone your skill, but no experience of writing is necessary (we'll walk you through it all on the day - everybody is welcome).
