Please join us for this unique, one-off life-writing session, with a Q&A by our special guest, Karishma Motiram (public speaker, working parent coach, and host of her own specialist maternity programme at www.thethoughtbox.co.uk/).

As always, we’ll do some friendly, no-pressure writing exercises, this time around the theme of Motherhood, Work, and Happiness.

We’ll look at some quotes and excerpts from famous authors, and then set you up with some interesting prompts, for you to produce some of your own creative life-writing.

There will be no pressure to share your ideas, or your work, with the group. And no experience is necessary.

Karishma will be with us throughout the session and, in the second part of the workshop, will be ready to take your questions on motherhood, work-life balance, and how to navigate being a woman and mother in the world of modern work.

There will be absolutely no pressure to be “good” at writing. No pressure for anything at all.

Simply come along, sit back, ready to write, ready to explore your own personal journey (+ hopefully to gather some pearls of wisdom from your friendly, like-minded peers and hosts along the way).
