Whoever you are, you’re warmly invited to join us online for Sound Bath + Writing: a deeply immersive 2-hour creative writing experience (online) designed to help you slow down, listen differently, and access new worlds of thought and imagination 🌙
This is a writing session with a different kind of starting point.
Together, from our own homes, we’ll enter an immersive sound bath guided by ambient music, voice, and imagination 🎶
Using headphones or your best speakers, you’ll be invited into a calm and meditative writing space — somewhere between creative workshop, guided visualisation, and dreamlike journey 🌿
Throughout the session, I’ll gently guide us through a series of spoken prompts inspired by ancient stories, mythological imagery, symbolic landscapes and moments of reflection.
