Just sit back and, in your own time and space, from the comfort of your own home, weave a narrative, a poem, or scene. Tap into your creative side and set yourself up for a more vibrant, powerful, imaginative day at work. 

Our morning workshops are excellent for improving your wellbeing and clarity of mind, and we guarantee it will enrich everything you do that day. 

If you've been to our workshops before, you'll know they're extra friendly and supportive, and that we never put anyone on the spot to present or pitch or even say anything at all. 

Since it's your morning, we want you to feel as comfortable as possible. 

Past themes include: love, friendship, surrealism, movies, character, dialogue, tone, perspective, etc.

We'll give you material, prompts, and guidance, then set you off to write.
