This is a very low cost taster session for you if you want to see what it feels like to:


  1. Start the day with a meditation

  2. Listen to a poetry reading + soothing background music

  3. Partake in a 50-minute silent writing session

  4. Listen to people share their ideas for 15 minutes at the end
