Hi! 

My name’s Sean. I’m a writing tutor, a career coach, and a general workshop host.

I’ve set up this group because I want to meet and share with other remote workers in Whitstable, to help combat the lack of motivation many of us undoubtedly feel!

Arrive at 11am and order yourself a tea or coffee (included in the price).

Once we’re all gathered, I’ll introduce the day (which runs until 4pm).

We’ll do one simple writing exercise together to warm us up.

Then we’ll use the Pomodoro technique to do 45-minute sprints of working as hard and concentrated as we can, before taking a 15 minute break to chat to a neighbour, stretch your legs, or anything else you fancy.

Feel free to get on with your own daily tasks. Your own work. Your own admin.

Use the time for whatever you like. The session is there for fun, motivation, and inspiration!
